It is really simple to make very thick smoothie bowls! It’s all about frozen fruit and using as little liquid as possible.

Suggestion for Making a Thick Strawberry Mango Smoothie Bowl Without Banana

Only use frozen fruit. If you use fresh fruit, your smoothie bowl will be soupy.

Use only a small amount of milk. I use roughly 18 cups of milk for every 1 cup of frozen berries.

Blend until there are no more frozen bits! The duration will vary according to the power of your blender, but simply keep putting frozen fruit down until there is a creamy smoothie in the blender.

Don’t add any more liquid! As tempting as it may be to consume your mango strawberry smoothie bowl right away, adding an extra drink will dilute it!

  • 2 cups mango chunks, frozen
  • Thirteen cups of nonfat milk
  • Granola, flaxseeds, fresh fruit, almonds, and coconut flakes

Directions:

  • Hands should be washed with water and soap
  • In a blender, combine the bananas, strawberries, mango, and milk and mix on high until smooth
  • Pour the smoothie into a serving dish
  • Top with preferred garnishes
  • Freeze any leftovers inside a sealed jar

*Depending on the desired thickness and the blender, you may need to add extra milk. Add extra milk if it’s too thick. Add extra frozen fruit if it’s too thin.
